The Music and Laughter Show has evolved into its current form as a result of occasional shows where Doug Parker and Steve Ashcroft worked together.

 

The blend of music and comedy dovetailed together well, with each element of the show benefitting from the presence of the other.

 

With  Martin Lewis having performed with Steve Ashcroft for more than fifty years, it wasn't long before he was invited to join the line-up.

 

And so you have it - a two-hour show, combining the best of inoffensive comedy with music to listen to and sing along with.
